    As IT Help Desk Analyst you will collaborate with a team for providing first-level support, field all application and hardware calls, ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure, and support of a remote home-based workforce.  You will maintain a working knowledge of all hardware and software applications in order to resolve problems/issues on the initial call.  This position logs all pertinent information from each call into a call tracking application database and records follow through to resolution. This is a tremendous opportunity to shape our future and gain lifelong skills. The IT Help Desk Analyst opportunity is open to candidates in the D.C. Metro area and Orlando, FL.


    • Citrix network maintenance
    • Windows server monitoring and maintenance
    • Problem analysis and resolution
    • Equipment selection, purchase, setup and maintenance (including computers, printers, peripherals)
    • Software selection, implementation and training
    • 8x8 phone system maintenance and support
    • In-house and remote troubleshooting


    • Information Systems or related Bachelor's degree required
    • A minimum of two (2) years experience in help desk or related field
    • Attention to Detail
    • Strong technical research skills
    • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including preliminary credit and background check
    • United States Citizenship
