Responsibilities

The Account Manager is part of a dedicated client team and ensures that all services are implemented and managed in accordance with client objectives and contract requirements. The Account Manager organizes and monitors the progress of project activities and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties 

  • Execute project activities according to the project plan/scope of work.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule to identify the duration of the project, dependencies, key milestones, deliverables and critical paths to ensure an effective and timely project delivery.
  • Assist with cllient meeting and training planning, scheduling, and material perparation.
  • Schedule client related team meetings, document meeting minutes and follow-up.
  • Provide client support services in a timely, accurate and pleasant manner.
  • Assemble reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs, objectives and contract requirements.
  • Draft, finalize and produce communication materials clearly presenting program outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate information in internal customer relationship and deliverable management tools.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer supporting client retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years client services/account management experience in a professional health care, consulting or government organization
  • Experience in client interface such as a liaison between the customer and company
  • Proven problem solving  and critical thinking skills
  • Work independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service, quality and results
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA and Confluence a plus.
  • Ability to travel 5% locally and nationally
  • U.S. Citizenship
